Design specification

The open impeller of cochlear sanitary pump is driven by shaft. The case is made of thick stainless steel and is secured by a quick locking ring with a sanitary O-ring for sealing. All parts that will get wet during use are polished with 316L stainless steel plating. The cochlear shell is made of rolled steel, and the lid is forged to bear heavy load. Other parts are made of 304 stainless steel. This pump conforms to 3A1 food hygiene category, surface smoothness Ra < 3,2 µm (additional standards are available). Modular compact design, the use of standard motors, and multiple options make this product stand out in the food and beverage industry.
